Midweek 'More Than Mental Illness' Post

Do you see what I did there! It took me longer than I care to divulge to come up with that title. So what's this about I hear you asking? Structure.
I spewed out blog posts at you so there'd be something for here for you to read when you came to this blog but I knew I needed to have some sort of structure and schedule, so that's what this is. Partly for you to know what to expect, partly for me, to keep my arse in gear.
I said I didn't want this to be about just 'mental illness', it's also an outlet for me, I will talk about things I'm passionate about and am interested in and I hope you'll find this interesting too. If not I will also be continuing with what I've been doing on my youtube channel and this blog talking about the physical complications of eating disorders, mental illnesses, stigma surrounding these and talking about things people don't talk about but should, raising awareness of the things that need awareness.... You know the drill by now. So every Wednesday there'll be a midweek 'more than mental illness post' where I will talk or post about anything, it might be a poem, I might review something, talk about something beauty/nail related or i might talk about something inane that's on my mind that I want to share with you, but I will only post it if I feel it has relevance to me and this blog. Everything I post I hope I can try and make interesting for you to read regardless of the topic.
Hence the name it's about showing you there's more to me than mental illness. Then the following week you'll get a post talking about the more serious stuff. I may also throw in the occasional random post too, just to keep you on your toes. So the first structured post will be going out next week as I'm feeling a bit under the weather sad and struggling to deal with breathing
But I've got some really *I hope* great ideas for you that I think you'll love, especially my first midweek more than mental illness post, sorry just getting that in there again as I sat up all night trying to think of it.
But I really appreciate your feedback if there's anything YOU want me to talk about, if you have any questions for me, then please comment, send me a message either here, via my youtube channel or send a message via my youtube.

Thank you for reading and don't forget to subscribe and get the latest posts by email if you want to keep updated
